Man caught while allegedly withdrawing money from someone else's account

A man, Maxwell Chuks, was caught at an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) stand in Lagos while allegedly attempting to withdraw money from someone's account. According to a witness, Titus Senato Titus, who posted it on Facebook, Chuks was allegedly caught with several people's account details written on a piece of paper and a sim card.
